Lasting change in tribal communities often starts with the women who hold families together. Women empowerment has been a consistent thread in our work — through awareness, skill-building, and community support that helps women in Himachal Pradesh's tribal areas take a stronger role in their households and communities.

For girl children especially, we work to ensure that gender is never the reason a child is left without access to education, healthcare, or opportunity — supporting equitable outcomes for every girl, alongside every boy, in the families we serve.
